He provides legal counsel to investors interested in participating in procurement and exploring activities regulated through PPPs (Public-Private Partnerships), concessions, permits, or authorizations in the sectors of Sanitation, Urban Mobility, Housing, Public Lighting, Road Transport, Social Infrastructure (Education and Health), Irrigation, Parks and Forests, Railways, Ports, and Airports.

He holds an International Infrastructure Business Cases Certification – Foundation Level, issued by APMG International, focusing on the fundamentals of the UK Government’s Five Dimensions Model.

He also practices in Administrative Law, particularly in disputes and consulting matters related to Public-Private Ventures, Bids, and Public Calls, including advising entities within the Third Sector.
