Gabriel Souto is our lead partner in the Digital Assets practice.
Mr. Souto holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (Chevening Scholar) and a Master’s in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University (Schwarzman Scholar), with additional academic training at Columbia Law School and the Antonin Scalia Law School.
He co-founded the Laboratory of Public Policy and Internet (LAPIN), a renowned think tank in Brazil. Mr. Souto has been invited to speak at the University of Oxford, as well as at public hearings and consultations before the Congress, the Supreme Court, and the Central Bank of Brazil.
He has served as a Consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and as International Coordinator for the American Bar Association (ABA). His publications include numerous articles and a book published both nationally and internationally.
