Professor of the LLM in Corporate Law and Capital Markets at Ibmec/DF. Masters in Law from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas School of Law in São Paulo (FGV/SP). He was a researcher at the Teaching and Research Group on Innovation (GEPI) at FGV/SP, where he coordinated the creation and implementation of the Laboratory of Nascent Companies of Technology (LENT).
