Lawyer specialized in Administrative Law with emphasis on the management of administrative contracts, regulatory and sanctioning aspects of Public Administration and consensual alternatives for conflict resolution.

He worked in the Federal Public Ministry as a career servant for eleven years, integrating, throughout the period, the superior advisory body with the PRR – 3rd Region.

Transferred to work with the municipal executive power of São Paulo, he held the legal superintendence of the Municipal Urbanization Company – EMURB, for a period of three years.

He then served for eighteen years at the Court of Auditors of the Municipality of São Paulo, holding the position of Chief of Staff and the appointment of Substitute Counselor.

Master and Specialist from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP, respectively in the areas of State Law and Business Law.
