Rodrigo is a partner at Madruga BTW, in Brasília. He has extensive experience in the public sector, having been part of the staff of the Federal Attoney General (MPF) and the Superior Labor Court (TST), a Court in which he held the position of Chief of Staff of one of the Justices. He was Attorney of the State of Paraná and currently holds the adivises the State of Rio Grande do Norte.

Over more than ten years at the State Attorney General’s Offices of Paraná and Rio Grande do Norte, he has developed solid expertise in tax litigation and advisory, including before the Superior Courts. He served as the representative of the State of Rio Grande do Norte in a working group that advised the Extraordinary Secretariat for Tax Reform (SET) within the Ministry of Economy, directly contributing to the studies underpinning Brazil’s tax reform.
