Henrique Muniz Dantas holds a degree in engineering, with experience in the mining sector. Over the past 27 years, he has taken on the management of a public service concession contract, serving as the CEO of the Waste Management Concessionaire, as well as the Director of the Italo-Brazilian Binational Holding. These experiences have equipped him to handle the demands of the sanitation sector, including its regulation and relationships with national and subnational agencies and entities.
As a manager of companies with foreign shareholders, he has accumulated knowledge and faced administrative challenges in leading the concessionaire, coordinating various environmental (ISO 14000), financial, and accounting audits.
He has also served as a coordinator of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), making significant contributions to the success of negotiations. Currently, he works as a corporate consultant with a focus on the environmental sector.
