Felipe Figueiredo Gonçalves

He was a researcher at the Grupo de Ensino e Pesquisa em Inovação (GEPI) at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo (FGV-SP), where he coordinated the creation and implementation of the Laboratory of Nascent Companies of Technology (LENT). He is currently a contributor to the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM).

Alexandre Cordeiro

She has defended individuals and legal entities in various criminal actions and sanctioning processes, including cases related to Lava Jato Operation, Postalis, and Ponto Final, among others.

Joana holds a Master’s degree in Economic Criminal Law from FGV-SP, where she developed a dissertation and published works on the topic of liability for improper omission by controlling shareholders.
