Is part of the team that works to adapt legal entities to the parameters of the General Data Protection Law from the implementation of data protection programs.
Her work also includes civil disputes, such as actions for the anticipated production of evidence, reimbursement, indemnities, executions and compliance with the sentence.

He works in the areas of administrative law and Corporate Ethics and Compliance at the office in Brasília.
Between 2018 and 2020, she graduated from the office to pursue an LL.M. at Georgetown University Law Center, in Washington, DC, USA, and to serve as a foreign associate at Paul Hastings LLP, where he was part of the Litigation, Anti-corruption and FCPA, Investigations and White-Collar Defense teams. During his work, he carried out internal investigation in Spain, the United States and France, in an aerospace company. While in the United States, he advised clients in the petrochemical and aerospace sectors during monitoring imposed by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ).
Passed and certified the New York State Board of Law Examiners exam (registration pending).

Paula Cintra

Lawyer and Legal Manager. Working mainly in the area of Administrative Law in Brasília, on topics related to the Anti-Corruption Law, Public Procurement Law and Misconduct. She also works in the areas of Corporate Ethics and Compliance, and Data Protection. As Legal Manager of the firm, she works in contractual and corporate claims.
She was a speaker at the national arbitration competition organized by the Brazilian Chamber of Business Arbitration and the Brazilian Bar Association. Postgraduate student in Administrative Law at the Brasiliense Institute of Public Law (IDP).
Juliana Mauro

She works in Economic and Business Criminal Law at Madruga BTW São Paulo, with participation in Corporate Ethics and Compliance.
Before joining Madruga BTW, still as an intern, she worked at a renowned law firm in the field of Criminal Law. She was a volunteer with the Innocence Project Brazil, an organization of the Innocence Network dedicated to facing wrongful criminal convictions in the country.
Specialization in Criminal Procedure by the Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law (IDPEE) of the University of Coimbra Law School in partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM), in progress.
